Why are there different prices for one and the same product?

In order to offer the widest possible product range, NENO uses several specialised warehouses. Therefore, items sometimes appear in multiple warehouses and with different conditions (such as price, delivery time, shipping costs, minimum order quantity and return policies).

What is NENO Cluster?

Use the free purchasing functionality NENO  Cluster to bundle several items with the same selected properties (e.g. Copy paper, A3, 80 g / m², white). Thereby, you can increase the possibilities to optimize your shopping basket.
 
 

I am a private customer. Can I still order with NENO ?

Our offer is aimed exclusively at business customers. This includes business persons, companies, freelancers, public authorities and associations.

Unfortunately, you cannot place an order as a private customer.

I lost my invoice. Can I get a copy?

Log on to ‘My NENO ’ and go to your ‘order archive’. There is an overview of your orders. You can now view your invoice per order and download it if needed.

I forgot to mention the reference with my payment. What can I do now?

If you have forgotten to give your payment reference, please contact our customer service. In order to be able to process your payment properly, we need the correct data. Please always include your order number, customer number and the name of the account holder.
 

I would like to change my payment method. How can I do that?

Before completing an order, you can always choose your payment method. On the preview page the default option is ‘invoice’, but you can also opt for credit card or advance payment.
 
 

What happens if only part of the voucher can be redeemed?

Should you not use the whole value of the voucher, the remaining balance expires.
 

Can I get a new voucher if I lost mine?

Compensation for a lost voucher is not possible.
 

I forgot to redeem my voucher. Can the voucher value still be allocated against my order?

If you forgot to redeem your voucher when placing the order, the amount cannot be deducted from your order. Vouchers are only valid when placing your order online. You can redeem the voucher with your next order

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday. You can find the ETA in your order confirmation. In the event of a delayed delivery, we try to inform you as soon as possible via email. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification.

Can I decide when my order should be delivered?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the delivery time of your order.
 

I have a complaint about a product. Where can I report this?
